Panattoni is undergoing a leadership change in its Spanish and Portuguese operations as Gustavo Cardozo Lupi departs.

Arantxa Prado
Cardozo, who joined in 2020, was instrumental in establishing and growing Panattoni's presence in the Iberian Peninsula, where it has become the most active logistics and industrial developer, delivering 620,000 m2 of space across 15 Spanish provinces and three Portuguese cities.
This transition signals a new phase of growth for Panattoni in the region.
Arantxa Prado, previously head of Capital Markets, has been appointed interim managing director for Spain and Portugal. Prado brings extensive international experience in private equity, real estate, and capital markets, having held senior roles at Eneas Alternative Investments, Pantheon, and Standard Life Private Equity, and having founded Cassia Investments. She has been crucial in Panattoni's capital markets transactions and growth strategy since joining the company.
Robert Dobrzycki, CEO and co-owner of Panattoni Europe, UK, Middle East & India, said: “Gustavo has made an important contribution to building our business in Spain and Portugal. Thanks to his leadership, we have created a solid foundation with an excellent team, strong client relationships, and a robust development pipeline. Arantxa combines deep investment expertise with a strong understanding of our business and the Iberian market. Her experience, leadership, and strategic perspective make her exceptionally well-positioned to guide our operations during this next phase of growth.”
