Panattoni commences speculative logistics development in UK

Panattoni has begun construction on Panattoni Worksop 460, a speculative logistics and manufacturing development spanning 42,920 m2 at Manton Wood Distribution Park in Worksop, Nottinghamshire.

The project is expected to be completed in Q1 2027.

Panattoni Worksop 460 will aim for BREEAM 'Outstanding' and EPC 'A' ratings, and achieve net zero carbon in construction. The development will include features such as roof-mounted photovoltaic solar systems, EV charging, rainwater harvesting, and energy-efficient lighting.

The facility will offer 41,034 m2 of warehouse space, 1,388 m2 of Grade A office space spread across three floors, and a transport area of 469 m2. An additional five acres of adjacent land are available for occupiers who may require future expansion beyond the main building.

Worksop is a logistics hub in North Nottinghamshire, centrally located within the UK's main distribution corridor. It offers convenient access to the M1 (Junction 31) and A1(M), connecting to major population centres in the Midlands, Yorkshire, and the North East.
