Panattoni has completed Panattoni Park Crawley, an 18,580 m2 logistics park in the highly supply-constrained South East corridor, with units now ready for immediate tenant fit-out.

The developer has finished construction on two speculative mid-box logistics units, measuring 6,096 m2 and 12,492 m2. These units can be combined to create one of the few immediately available 18,580 m2 logistics opportunities in the South East, specifically designed for larger occupiers needing significant scale and operational efficiency.
Located just five minutes from Gatwick Airport (which saw a 33% increase in air freight this year) and Junction 10 of the M23, the park offers a highly strategic position. The buildings feature a 15-meter internal height, allowing for up to 25% more pallet capacity compared to local schemes built to 12.5 meters.
Both units meet Panattoni's high specifications, achieving BREEAM 'Excellent' and EPC A ratings. They include roof-mounted solar panels, 15% roof lights, EV charging points, high-performance insulation, and top-tier yard and parking facilities.
David McGougan, development director, South East at Panattoni, said: “Practical completion at Panattoni Park Crawley marks an important milestone in bringing much-needed modern logistics capacity to one of the best-connected but most supply-constrained markets in the country. We have significant tenant interest in the facility and look forward to supporting the expansion of businesses to our new facility at Manor Royal.”
The logistics park boasts excellent access to a large workforce, efficient transport links, and convenient amenities. Both Brighton and South London are within a 45-minute drive, while Central London can be reached in an hour. With over 3.8 million addresses within a 30-mile radius, the location is ideal for last-mile delivery operations. Additionally, West Sussex has a substantial pool of over 19,000 job seekers, with employment in the transport and storage sector almost double the national average.
