Panattoni has sold two fully leased logistics parks near Warsaw, City Logistics Warsaw V and Panattoni Park Janki IV, to Octane Capital Partners and Peakside Capital Advisors.

City Logistics Warsaw V, a modern, fully-leased urban logistics centre situated within Warsaw, is designed for last-mile delivery, city logistics, and light manufacturing. Its strategic location provides immediate access to the S8 expressway and excellent public transport, ensuring connectivity across the capital. The 11,000 m2 facility also boasts sustainable features and a BREEAM environmental certification.
Located just southwest of Warsaw, Panattoni Park Janki IV is a fully leased logistics park offering approximately 13,000 m2 of flexible warehouse and distribution space in a highly desirable area. Its direct access to national roads S7 and S8 makes it a prime location for retail and logistics tenants, providing excellent visibility and access, along with modern infrastructure and energy-efficient features.
