Panattoni divests Berlin multi-tenant project to DWS Group

Panattoni has sold its fully-leased multi-tenant project, Panattoni Campus Berlin Zentrum, to DWS Group.

This marks the successful sale of Panattoni's first project combining various property types for logistics, production, and business in a single location.
Completed in September 2023, the campus integrates the Panattoni Park Berlin Zentrum, designed for logistics, and the City Dock Berlin Zentrum, a business park for small to medium-sized enterprises, startups, and service providers. This diverse site features five properties totalling approximately 36,500 m² of usable space, home to twelve companies across various sectors including trade, creative industries, mechanical engineering, foodstuffs, pharmaceuticals, logistics, and eCommerce. Specifically, the Panattoni Park offers about 14,900 m² of hall space, 1,500 m² of office space, and 1,200 m² of mezzanine space, while the City Dock provides approximately 11,500 m² of hall space, 3,200 m² of office space, and 3,200 m² of flexible-use space.
Both the Panattoni Park and City Dock are recognised for their high technical, environmental, economic, and functional standards, providing tenants with enhanced comfort, lower operating costs, and strong market value. They have received the gold certificate from the German Association for Sustainable Construction (DGNB), partly due to extensive resource conservation measures, including comprehensive photovoltaic systems across the campus. Its prime location, just 20 minutes from eastern Berlin, and excellent infrastructure further enhance the site's attractiveness.
