Panattoni offloads Polish logistics hub to Arete for €60m

Panattoni has sold its Panattoni Park Rzeszów North, a 90,000 m2 logistics complex, to European asset management firm Arete Investment Group for nearly €60 mln.

The complex, completed in early 2023, features two modern class A buildings strategically located near the A4 motorway, S19 route, and Rzeszów-Jasionka airport. 
Its primary tenant, LPP Group, utilizes the facility as a key logistics hub for e-commerce across Central and Eastern Europe, capable of processing 100,000 orders daily and storing over 7 million products. 
The park also boasts various ESG initiatives, including energy-efficient lighting, water-saving systems, EV charging, bike amenities, and biodiversity-enhancing landscaping.
