Panattoni rolls out new logistics park in Poland

Panattoni has launched a new industrial park, Panattoni Park Rzeszów North II, in Poland's Podkarpacie region.

This project, built on a 13-hectare plot acquired for a real estate fund managed by Jet Investment, will eventually span over 110,000 m2.
The initial phase includes two buildings totalling over 42,000 m2, with three tenants already secured. One 7,300 m2 facility is a build-to-suit (BTS) project for a major courier company, designed to be a regional parcel sorting centre and operational by October 2026. Simultaneously, a 35,000 m2 hall is being constructed, with a logistics operator taking 9,900 m2 and an automotive e-commerce company leasing 4,000 m2.
The park boasts a strategic location near the A4 motorway, the S19 interchange (Via Carpathia), Rzeszów Airport, and Rzeszów city centre, providing excellent connectivity. It is designed with sustainability in mind, aiming for a BREEAM Excellent certification through various energy and water-saving features, improved natural lighting, acoustics, and air quality. One tenant is also incorporating a photovoltaic installation.
Michał Samborski, head of Development at Panattoni, said: "Rzeszów is attracting international giants and gaining importance as a significant logistics and manufacturing hub. We are seeing growing interest from companies that value both the availability of workers and its strategic location on two key transport routes – the A4 motorway and the S19 expressway, which is part of the Via Carpathia route."
