Panattoni has secured a €26.5 mln loan from Santander Bank Polska to fund the construction of two new warehouses.

Panattoni Park Warsaw North III, Nadma.
These warehouses, measuring approximately 16,000 m2 and 33,500 m2, will be part of the Panattoni Park Warsaw North III complex in Nadma, located near Warsaw.
The entire complex is expected to reach about 75,000 m2 and will be BREEAM certified at the Excellent level.
PBS Connect Polska will be the first tenant, occupying over 24,000 m2 for its new Central and Eastern European logistics hub, and plans to increase its staff to around 150 people at this location.
Emilia Taczewska-TrojaĆska, head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni, said: “Panattoni Park Warsaw North III stands out thanks to its excellent location in the highly competitive Warsaw industrial property market. It combines proximity to the capital with attractive operating costs and good access to road infrastructure. We are glad that Santander Bank has once again placed its trust in us and is supporting the development of modern, sustainable investments. The funds obtained will enable us to continue our expansion in the Warsaw region, where we have already delivered nearly 2.2 million m2.”
