Panattoni has secured a €42 mln loan from BNP Paribas Bank Polska to finance the construction of two warehouses within its Panattoni Park Szczecin Trzebusz II complex.

Panattoni Park Szczecin Trzebusz II
Construction is already in progress, with the first 25,500 m2 hall underway; Rohlig SUUS Logistics will occupy 15,500 m2 of this space. The subsequent phase involves building a second 36,000 m2 hall.
Panattoni Park Szczecin Trzebusz II is a modern logistics project strategically located in eastern Szczecin, 15 km from the city centre and 160 km from Berlin. Its proximity to the S3 road, A6 motorway, and the Port of Szczecin offers excellent connectivity for both domestic and international distribution.
The park is designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent environmental certification.
Emilia Taczewska-TrojaĆska, head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni, said: “Szczecin is consistently strengthening its position as one of the key logistics hubs in Poland. Financing from BNP Paribas allows us to implement a project that will provide tenants with access to modern infrastructure, qualified staff and convenient domestic and international connections. Panattoni Park Szczecin Trzebusz II is a natural step in the development of our presence in the region, where we have already delivered nearly 900,000 m2 of modern industrial space.”
