Panattoni strengthens UK presence with nine senior appointments

Industry property developer Panattoni has expanded its UK operations by hiring nine senior professionals across its development, project delivery, and investment teams.

These strategic appointments, drawing talent from prominent firms like CBRE, Savills, and PwC, underscore Panattoni's robust UK development pipeline and its commitment to growth amidst a consolidating industry.
Last year, Panattoni acquired 11 sites, adding 464,515 m2 to its development pipeline, and leased 232,257 m2 of space. This momentum continues into 2026 with four lease transactions already secured in the first quarter.
The new hires include:
Development Platform: Alex Selwood (associate director, Southern England & London), Chris Brown (development director, North), and Will Fennell (development manager, South East & London) will drive site acquisitions and leasing activities.
Southern Project Management Team: Phil Beato (project delivery director), Tom Bird (project delivery director), and Chris Thrippleton (senior project manager) will manage development and repositioning projects.
Capital Markets Team: Phoebe Burdett (Capital Markets analyst) will support capital formation, investor relations, and transaction management.
Finance & Investment Team: Garrick Pepper (associate director, Investment & Finance) and Zachary Atkinson (associate, Investment & Finance) will enhance financial structuring and execution for the expanding development program.
