Patrizia appoints head of Investment Management UK

Patrizia has named Ker Gilchrist, a highly accomplished and respected figure in the UK real estate sector, as head of Investment Management UK.

Gilchrist, who most recently served as managing partner at BentallGreenOak, will lead Patrizia's UK investment platform, overseeing investment strategy, delivering high-performing portfolios for clients, and providing team leadership. 
His experience spans over 30 years and includes senior roles at Quintain, Knight Frank, Savills, and JLL, with a focus on value creation, cross-border investment, and ESG principles.
Ker Gilchrist's extensive industry involvement, including his previous roles as a Board member of the Westminster Property Association and a member of the Investment Property Forum, highlights his longstanding commitment to ESG and wellness-oriented investment strategies, which strongly resonate with Patrizia's core values.
