Pan-European property investor Patron Capital has appointed Henry Randolph as partner, Credit.

Henry Randolph
This strategic hire marks Patron's expansion into real estate credit, aiming to develop a new business focused on investment opportunities across European real estate markets.
Henry Randolph brings 15 years of industry experience, most recently as a senior director at CBRE's Capital Advisors' Lending Platform, where he focused on originating and executing senior real estate loans, primarily in the UK. Before CBRE, he worked in Barclays' Property Debt Finance team.
In his new role, Henry will collaborate closely with Patron's senior leadership to build out the real estate credit business. He will leverage Patron's established success in value-add and opportunistic real estate investing to pursue debt opportunities across various property sectors.
The new credit business will be funded by Patron's existing investor base and, when appropriate, by equity from its current fund, Patron Capital, L.P. VII. Patron is also actively engaging with new investors and capital partners interested in the credit opportunities identified.
Stephen Green, senior partner at Patron Capital, said: “We welcome Henry to the business. With a 26-year track record of opportunistic real estate investment across Europe, we are expanding into new segments of the real estate market. At a time when traditional lenders are constrained, we see significant opportunities for private businesses with real estate expertise to step in and fill funding gaps that many borrowers are faced with.”
Henry Randolph, partner, Credit at Patron Capital, added: "I couldn’t be more excited to join Patron. The granular approach the business takes to asset underwriting and its hugely successful long-term track record are a fantastic base from which to build a credit-focused business. I look forward to working closely with Patron’s senior leadership team and my new colleagues across the business to achieve this goal."
