Peakside names Steven Davis as new CEE managing director

European investment firm Peakside Capital Advisors has appointed Steven Davis as its new managing director for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

In this role, Davis will be responsible for all of Peakside's activities in the CEE region, including Poland, and will work with local teams. He takes over from Roman Skowronski, who has led Peakside Poland since 2019.
Davis brings extensive experience as a property developer, having managed projects from acquisition to sales across various sectors like residential, office, retail, hotel, and industrial real estate. He has developed over 20,000 residential units and more than 500,000 square meters of commercial and retail space.
Before joining Peakside, Davis was the COO of a publicly listed company with approximately €2.5 bn in assets under management. He has also collaborated with major institutional partners such as Goldman Sachs and GE. Throughout his career in CEE, he has built and expanded development platforms in numerous countries, including Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Germany.
