Pembroke boosts German development team

International real estate advisory firm Pembroke is enhancing its development capabilities in Germany by appointing Emanuel Falk as development manager.

Emanuel Falk will be responsible for finding and evaluating new opportunities for Pembroke in Germany, as well as advancing current projects. This includes the Alram 14 residential development in Munich-Sendling, which is Pembroke's first residential project in Germany. Its groundbreaking ceremony is planned for late April 2026.

Before joining Pembroke, Emanuel worked at Ibcol Real Estate, and his professional background also includes roles at Sitoa and HZO.
