Periskop appoints Philipp Loth as director Logistics & Light Industrial

Periskop Partners has appointed Philipp Loth as director Logistics & Light Industrial, based in Frankfurt am Main.

He will report to Kilian Mahler, managing partner of Periskop Logistics.
Loth brings twenty years of experience in investment and asset management for logistics and light industrial properties. His most recent role was on the Management Board and as head of Investment Management Germany at Garbe Industrial Real Estate, where he also led the Frankfurt office. He previously held positions at Schroder Property Investment Management, managing pan-European logistics funds, and at Goldman Sachs' Archon Group. 
Over his career, Loth has overseen transactions totalling around €5.5 bn, including €4 bn in logistics assets and €750 mln in light industrial properties.
At Periskop Logistics, Loth will be responsible for advancing the company's investment strategies in logistics and light industrial real estate and will serve as a primary contact for owners, investors, and advisors in these sectors.
