Peter Trollope joins Newmark to lead occupier solutions

Commercial real estate advisor Newmark has appointed Peter Trollope as global head of Occupier Solutions.

Trollope will be responsible for expanding and developing Newmark's Occupier Solutions business. This division provides comprehensive services to clients, including global strategy consulting, workplace strategy, tenant representation, transaction management, project management, lease administration, and facilities management.
Trollope has a strong background advising Fortune 500 companies across sectors on critical initiatives such as workplace reinvention, M&A integration, and portfolio optimisation. Before joining Newmark, he was the global head of Project Management Advisory at CBRE Group, overseeing a significant annual business.
Trollope will collaborate with Elizabeth Hart, president of Leasing for North America, to enhance cooperation between Newmark's Leasing and Management Services businesses, drive strategic planning, and ensure consistent client service.
