Pictet Alternative Advisors and Brunswick Real Estate have acquired a 21,787 m2 property in Brøndby, Greater Copenhagen, from Jeudan.

This marks the ninth acquisition through their Lindu platform, bringing their total last-mile logistics portfolio to nearly 100,000 m2 in just seven months.
Located at Midtager 29 / Engager 2, the newly acquired warehouse and distribution space offers excellent access to Greater Copenhagen and the wider region.
The nearly fully leased property was acquired off-market, reflecting Lindu's focused strategy on securing strategically located assets.
Pictet and Brunswick are committed to active asset management and tenant collaboration to create long-term value.
Lindu is also focused on upgrading its existing properties with ESG improvements, including renovations, energy efficiency upgrades, and enhanced safety features. The partnership has implemented a sustainability-linked loan structure with SEB, ensuring that all bank financing supports their defined sustainability targets.
Linus Nilsson, head of Nordics at Pictet Alternative Advisors, said: “This acquisition is fully aligned with our ambition to build a resilient, high-quality portfolio of logistics properties in strategic locations across Greater Copenhagen. We continue to see strong market fundamentals in Denmark, supported by a robust economy and solid tenant demand.”
Anthony Romano, partner and country head Denmark at Brunswick, added: “We are pleased to add another strong asset to the Lindu platform. The property is well-located in the Greater Copenhagen area and fits seamlessly with our strategy and existing portfolio. We will continue to explore opportunities to grow the platform with similar assets in the near future.”
