Sörred Logistics Park, a joint venture formed by Catena and Platzer, has reached an agreement to sell its last remaining property, Sörred 8:15, located in Gothenburg, to Platzer.

Catena
Platzer is exercising a pre-existing purchase option within the joint venture with Catena (which resulted from Catena's acquisition of Bockasjö in 2023), allowing it to acquire completed projects at market value. The sale is based on an underlying property value of SEK 570 mln (€48.8 mln), before accounting for deferred taxes.
The property is a fully leased logistics facility spanning 29,700 m2. It is designed to achieve BREEAM Excellent environmental certification and is equipped with solar panels. The transfer of possession is tentatively set for 1 July 2026.
Sörred Logistics Park, equally owned by Catena and Platzer (50/50), has jointly developed approximately 136,000 m2 of logistics space across five properties. With this acquisition, Platzer will have exercised its option for all completed projects from the joint venture.
