Greek property investor Premia Properties (Premia) has announced a strategic agreement with Piraeus Bank.

Through its subsidiary, Pandora Invest II, Premia will acquire 34 real estate assets from Piraeus Bank's Real Estate Owned (REO) portfolio, valued at €49 mln.
This acquisition encompasses a diverse range of properties, including office buildings, retail stores, and warehouses, which Premia intends to utilise in line with its company strategy. The transaction is anticipated to be finalised by the end of the second quarter of 2027.
Elias Georgiadis, chairman of the Board of Directors of Premia Properties, stated: “We are pleased with our cooperation with Piraeus Bank. The agreement for the acquisition of a significant real estate portfolio with strong profitability prospects strengthens Premia’s growth strategy.”
