The company is filling eight positions in total, with six already filled. These recruitments reflect Prisma's significant growth, particularly in the Danish market, and a heightened focus on sustainability.
Since the summer, Prisma Properties has welcomed key personnel, including Carina Busk as property manager for Denmark and Stefan Bidstrup as business developer focusing on the Danish market. Celina Ankarstig has also joined as the new sustainability manager, and Maria Boudrie, formerly a consultant, has been hired as a corporate lawyer, starting in September. Lars Sonesson will take on the role of property manager for southern Sweden in September, and Kiana Madani will join as a project controller in October.
Prisma is also recruiting for a property manager for northern Sweden and a project manager in Denmark to support its increasing number of projects.
As one of the largest discount retail property players in Denmark, Prisma Properties is further solidifying its position with the recruitment of a dedicated property manager and business developer for the Danish market.
By establishing a sustainability manager role, Prisma aims to develop more energy-efficient retail locations, reduce its climate footprint, and foster long-term sustainable retail environments that benefit people, the environment, and commerce.
Fredrik Mässing, CEO of Prisma Properties, said: “We are in an intensive growth phase where we are expanding our portfolio and developing our working methods to create sustainable retail locations in the long term. To succeed, we need to build a strong organisation with the right skills. We want to be at the forefront and combine growth with responsibility. That's why we're really excited to be strengthening our team in Denmark and Sweden and getting a dedicated sustainability function”.
Prisma Properties owns 14o discount retail, grocery retail, and quick-service restaurant properties, primarily in Sweden and in Denmark, and plans to expand further in Sweden and the other Nordic countries.
