PRODEA partners with Invel and LGT Capital Partners to build €500m logistics platform

PRODEA Investments is set to form one of Greece’s leading institutional logistics platforms through a new partnership with Invel Real Estate and LGT Capital Partners.

Subject to regulatory approval, the Fund and LGT Capital Partners will acquire a 49% stake in PRODEA’s logistics platform for approximately €31 million.

The platform combines a portfolio of standing assets and a substantial development pipeline across Attica’s key logistics hubs. The existing portfolio comprises around 130,000 sq m of fully leased, prime logistics space, delivering immediate scale and stable income from a diversified base of high‑quality tenants. A further 140,000 sq m of logistics space is scheduled for delivery by the end of 2027.

Greece has emerged as one of Europe’s most compelling logistics markets, driven by its strategic position linking Europe, Asia and Africa, and a structural shortage of modern logistics space. Strong rental growth and yield compression have followed, with Greek yields still offering an attractive spread over more mature Western European markets. The partners aim to capitalise on this combination of growth, scarcity and value to build scale early.

Alongside the secured pipeline, PRODEA, Invel and LGT Capital Partners intend to expand the platform further through additional acquisitions. PRODEA will continue to act as asset and development manager, ensuring continuity in strategy execution and active management through its established team.

The partnership represents a strong endorsement of the platform’s quality and long‑term prospects. Backed by institutional capital and complementary capabilities, the partners aim to grow the platform to more than €500 million in value, establishing a leading institutional logistics presence in Greece.
