Prologis has grown its portfolio in the Greater Prague area by acquiring a 17,455 m2 logistics facility in Rudná.

Prologis Park Prague-Rudna
This new asset has been integrated into Prologis Park Prague-Rudná, solidifying Prologis's standing in one of the Czech Republic's premier logistics hubs and consolidating its ownership within a key Greater Prague park.
The facility is fully leased to DSV through a sale-and-leaseback agreement. It features warehouse space and a cross-dock terminal, designed for efficient goods movement between inbound and outbound transport. DSV will continue its operations from the building post-acquisition.
This acquisition also strengthens the long-term partnership between Prologis and DSV, who collaborate on various logistics real estate properties.
The building incorporates several sustainable features, such as rooftop photovoltaic panels, electric vehicle charging stations for both cars and trucks, an LNG filling station, full LED lighting, and other energy-saving measures.
With this acquisition, Prologis Park Prague-Rudná now boasts over 254,000 m2 of logistics and light production space spread across 20 buildings.
Strategically located at Exit 5 of the D5 motorway, the park offers excellent connectivity between Prague and Germany, while also supporting domestic distribution. It is approximately 12 kilometres from Václav Havel Airport Prague and about 6 kilometres from the Prague city limits.
Roy Levine, vice president, head of Acquisitions and Dispositions, Prologis Central Europe, said: “We remain focused on acquiring high-quality assets in strategic locations where we have strong conviction in the long-term fundamentals. This transaction further strengthens our position in Prague-Rudná, one of the most important logistics locations in the Czech market. Prague continues to stand out as an attractive market for logistics real estate, supported by resilient customer demand and structural supply constraints.”
Prologis's total logistics and production space in the Greater Prague market now exceeds 1.2 million m2.
