PSP Swiss Property has announced an increase in its full-year earnings guidance for 2026, driven by the sale of its Richtipark development project in Wallisellen.

PSP Swiss Property
The company now anticipates an EBITDA (excluding gains/losses on real estate investments) of CHF 335 mln (€350 mln) for the 2026 financial year, up from its previous forecast of CHF 310 mln(€324 mln).
This adjustment is primarily due to a CHF 40 mln (€42 mln) contribution to EBITDA from the sale of Richtipark. This positive impact is partially offset by a CHF 15 mln (€16 mln) reduction in EBITDA, resulting from the postponement of another development property sale that was initially included in the guidance. PSP Swiss Property does not plan any further sales of development properties in 2026.
The Richtipark property, which encompasses four plots and five commercial buildings on a site area of approximately 27,000 m2, was sold to La Foncière Urban Development for CHF 150 mln (€157 mln). Additionally, the agreement includes potential earn-out payments of up to CHF 24.75 mln (€26 mln) in subsequent years, contingent on various factors.
