Puma Property Finance provides loan for Edinburgh logistics hub

Puma Property Finance is providing a loan to property developer GSS Developments to finance a new urban logistics hub called EDI Approach near Edinburgh Airport.

This development will transform the former Continental Tyre Factory site into 13 high-quality, energy-efficient units, totalling 11,334 m². The project is the first phase of a larger 65,032 m² masterplan.
The development prioritizes sustainability, with a target of achieving Net Zero Carbon, a BREEAM 'Excellent' rating, and an EPC rating of 'A+'. It will also include features like EV charging, all-electric heating, and solar panels.
Completion is expected in the third quarter of 2026. This marks the first collaboration between Puma Property Finance and GSS Developments. It is also Puma Property Finance’s first industrial development loan in Scotland.
