Realterm acquires UK logistics hub

Global investment firm Realterm has expanded its European holdings by purchasing a 3,381-m2 last-mile delivery centre on a 1.54-hectare property in Irlam, Greater Manchester, UK.

The facility features 2,944 m2 of warehouse space, 412 m2 of office space, and a 25-m2 gatehouse. It boasts 34 level access doors, three dock-level doors, 80 car parking spots, and only 19% site coverage, making it ideal for various businesses.
Realterm plans a major renovation to upgrade the office space, boost power capacity, and improve ESG performance, aiming for an EPC A rating. Bessemer Road is currently empty and available for rent.
The site, located just off the A57 in Irlam, offers easy access to the M60, M62, and M6 motorways, connecting to all major Northern UK cities. It also links to Trafford Park, one of Europe's largest business parks, and can reach around eight million people within an hour's drive, including over four million in Liverpool and Manchester. Manchester Airport is 20 minutes away, and the Port of Liverpool is less than an hour away.
