Global real estate investor Realterm has announced the promotion of Paul Underwood to CEO of Europe and Brian Oravec to CEO of Asia Pacific to lead the company's international growth.

Underwood, formerly managing director of International Funds, will continue to lead European expansion and product development.
Oravec, previously CIO for Asia Pacific and with a strong background in the region, including co-founding IndoSpace, will head Realterm's Asia expansion efforts.

In addition to the CEO appointments, Realterm has promoted Taner Çöllü to senior VP, product specialist & head of Debt Capital Markets, Europe. Çöllü will support the Realterm Europe Logistics Income Fund (RELIF) while continuing to oversee European debt capital markets.
Joe Noon has also been promoted to Senior VP, Investments – North America, and has already taken on leadership of the North American Investments team at the beginning of 2025.
