Realyze Ventures

This milestone marks the launch of Realyze Ventures' investment activities, targeting technology-driven solutions that promote decarbonization, digitalization, and efficiency within the real estate, construction, and skilled trades sectors.
Key investors in the fund include like Art-Invest Real Estate, Cordes & Graefe, Goldbeck, Momeni, and Zech, alongside family offices and an institutional investor from the European banking sector.
Fabian Lenz, managing director at Goldbeck, said: "This isn't about niche investments, but about profound transformations. The building sector, the construction industry, and the skilled trades – these are the deciding factors not only for Europe's carbon footprint, but also for many other competitive location factors. This is precisely where Realyze Ventures comes in, and we are delighted to be a part of it."
David Nadge, general partner at Realyze Ventures, commented: "We don't just see technologies on a pitch deck – we test them directly in reality. This access enables us to make faster, more informed decisions – and startups gain direct and accelerated access to capital, expertise, and relevant markets."
Manfred Heid, partner, added: "We combine strategic capital with operational implementation power – thus creating a venture capital platform that appeals to startups as much as it does to institutional investors. With this closing, we are laying the foundation for an ecosystem that will sustainably transform Europe's construction and real estate industry."
The team at Realyze Ventures, comprised of Partners Tim Fischer, Manfred Heid, Stefan Läufer, David Nadge, and Kai Panitzki, brings significant experience to the table, having already made over 40 investments and managing more than €120 mln in venture capital.
