Redevco appoints Lara Young as head of Sustainable Operations

European real estate manager Redevco has appointed Lara Young as head of Sustainable Operations.

Based in Redevco's London office, she will report to Chris Fleetwood, chief operating & sustainability officer.
In her new position, Lara will be responsible for advancing Redevco's sustainability goals, including its commitment to achieving net-zero carbon across its portfolio by 2040. She will also ensure that ESG principles are integrated into all aspects of property development, asset management, and operations, helping Redevco to lead positive change in the built environment while meeting regulatory and reporting standards.
Lara brings a wealth of experience to Redevco, having previously served as Group head of ESG at Stoneweg (formerly Cromwell Property Group), where she led sustainability initiatives across Europe and Australia. Before that, she held senior roles at Costain, including Group climate director and Group carbon manager.
