European real estate manager Redevco has appointed Meera Sanjee as director, Real Estate Debt.

Based in Redevco's London office, she will report to Richard Craddock, head of Real Estate Debt.
In her new role, Sanjee will manage Redevco's loan portfolio, encompassing both its lending activities and the borrowing requirements of its equity mandates. She will also support the ongoing expansion of the firm's real estate debt and leveraged strategies throughout Europe.
This strategic hire follows recent senior appointments such as Emma Huepfl as senior advisor and Rosalind Walker as senior associate.
Sanjee brings over 20 years of extensive experience in real estate finance, deal execution, portfolio management, and restructuring across various asset classes. She joins Redevco from CBRE IM’s real estate debt division, where she focused on loan portfolio management and complex real estate financings. Her prior experience includes senior positions at leading financial institutions such as Santander, Lloyds Banking Group, HBOS, Bear Stearns, and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
