The loan, structured as a Green Loan under the Loan Market Association’s Green Loan Principles, will fund a build‑to‑sell scheme in Mount Anville, Dublin 14. The project will deliver 156 homes across several blocks, including apartments, houses and duplexes, alongside affordable housing, on‑site amenities and a crèche.
The development is sponsored by Bain Capital’s European Real Estate business, with Regency appointed as development manager. Regency is a well‑established Irish residential developer with extensive experience delivering large‑scale housing schemes across Dublin.

Once complete, the scheme will provide a diverse mix of homes for first‑time buyers, families and downsizers. Affordable units, community infrastructure and strong transport connectivity will support inclusive urban living and address Dublin’s acute housing supply constraints.

Richard Craddock, head of real estate debt at Redevco, said: “We are delighted to be supporting Bain and Regency in delivering this high‑quality residential scheme, serving a supply‑constrained Dublin housing market. The transaction further underlines the breadth of our pan‑European debt strategy, which focuses on delivering best‑in‑class real estate in core markets and high‑conviction sectors.”

Redevco’s real estate debt platform continues to expand across Europe, with recent investments including a €56.8m facility for an office‑led refurbishment in London and a €107.4m facility financing four German logistics developments.
