Redevco expands retail park portfolio in Germany

European real estate manager Redevco has expanded its retail park portfolio by acquiring the 10,000 m2 Vimbuch Center Bühl in Germany.

This acquisition, from Machmeier Gruppe, will be managed by Redevco for the REDOS Einzelhandel Deutschland III fund, overseen by Union Investment.
The retail park, previously a real store, has been extensively renovated in 2024/2025 and is now fully leased long-term to 14 tenants, including REWE, Penny, and Rossmann. The 48,000 m2 site also provides 430 parking spaces.
Strategically located on state road L85, just three minutes from the A5 motorway, the property at Vimbucher Str. 75 offers excellent transport links. Its prime location draws customers from affluent areas of Baden-Württemberg and from France, which is only 15 minutes away.

Rieger Immobilien and Werkle Rechtsanwälte advised the seller, while the buyer was advised by NOERR, EY, and terraplan.
