Redevco has launched the Redevco European Retail Parks Evergreen fund (RERP Evergreen), an open‑ended strategy focused on convenience‑led retail parks and essential retail assets across Europe.

The fund has completed its first close with commitments from a diversified group of global institutional investors managed by CBRE Investment Management Indirect, alongside a significant co‑investment from Redevco, signalling strong alignment and conviction in the strategy.
RERP Evergreen has a core/core‑plus profile with a focus on income distribution and conservative leverage. It builds on the launch of Redevco’s inaugural closed‑end European retail parks fund, which secured more than €500 million of commitments in 2025 and has already deployed around 80% of its capital. The new strategy aims to invest in a diversified portfolio of convenience‑led retail parks anchored or shadow‑anchored by essential retailers, as well as selected hybrid formats and broader essential retail assets located in strong catchment areas across Europe and the UK. Redevco has already secured three initial assets in Belgium, Spain and the UK.
Sasha Silver, Head of Global Client Group at Redevco, said the launch reflects both investor confidence and the resilience of the retail parks segment. She noted that retail parks continue to offer a compelling combination of income stability, defensive characteristics and attractive risk‑adjusted returns, and that the new fund demonstrates Redevco’s ability to translate sector conviction into active deployment and long‑term value creation.
The strategy is designed to benefit from structural shifts in consumer behaviour, including the growing importance of convenience retail and the sector’s adaptability to evolving occupier and customer demands. Through its open‑ended structure, RERP Evergreen aims to provide sustained exposure to the continued strengthening of the retail parks segment, generating stable income and long‑term value creation through active management.
Israel Casanova, Investment Director at Redevco, said essential‑retail‑anchored parks benefit from stable customer demand, limited supply growth and strong retailer appetite for affordable, flexible space. He added that the fund will offer investors efficient access to a diversified portfolio of high‑conviction retail real estate assets supported by Redevco’s specialist expertise and integrated asset management capabilities.
