Redevco makes senior leadership appointments

Redevco has announced two senior leadership moves within its integrated asset & transaction management platform, appointing Filip de Bois as European key account manager and promoting Benoît van Haare Heijmeijer to head of asset & transaction management Belgium.

Both roles take effect on 1 September 2026 and reflect Redevco’s continued focus on coordinated, pan‑European retailer relationships supported by strong local market expertise.

Séverine Maumy, Head of asset & transaction management at Redevco, said the changes highlight both the depth of talent within the organisation and the evolution of its platform. She noted that as retailers increasingly operate across borders, Redevco must engage with them in a unified way while maintaining market‑specific insight. Filip’s new role will strengthen pan‑European engagement, while Benoît’s appointment ensures continuity and leadership in Belgium.

Filip de Bois will lead Redevco’s relationships with key retail and hospitality partners operating across multiple European markets. Working closely with local teams, he will coordinate strategic tenant engagement, improve alignment across countries and identify opportunities to support occupiers’ growth. Filip brings nearly 40 years of experience in commercial asset and development management and previously served as head of asset & transaction management and head of country Belgium.

He said the new role will help Redevco bring its local knowledge together more effectively. “The most successful retailer relationships today are built on a deep understanding of how businesses are evolving across different markets. This role creates an opportunity to share insights across countries and support our tenants as they continue to adapt and grow.”

As part of the transition, Benoît van Haare Heijmeijer will assume responsibility for asset & transaction management activities in Belgium from September 2026 and will relocate from Paris to Brussels. He will also become head of country Belgium from 1 January 2027, succeeding Filip. Benoît has held roles across Redevco’s development and transaction teams in Belgium, Luxembourg and France since joining the company in 2017, with experience spanning acquisitions, divestments and development projects across several European markets.

Benoît said he looks forward to building on the strong foundations established in Belgium. “Having worked across Belgium, Luxembourg and France, I’ve seen first-hand how local market knowledge and close relationships create opportunities to unlock value. I look forward to bringing that experience together to support our teams, our clients and our long-term ambitions in Belgium.”
