Reliwe and CapMan partner on Stockholm resi development

CapMan Nordic Real Estate III, managed by CapMan Real Estate, has partnered with Reliwe to fund the construction of a 262-unit apartment building in Handen, a suburb of Stockholm.

Consto will handle construction of the 12,119 m2 project, scheduled to finish in the second quarter of 2028. 
Part of a larger urban renewal project, it's conveniently located near the Handen transportation hub and Haninge Shopping Centre, with easy access to Stockholm city center. The area lacks modern rental options, creating strong demand for this project.
The project prioritizes sustainability with high standards for energy efficiency and environmental impact. It aims for BREEAM In-Use and Miljöbyggnad Silver certifications, an EPC rating of B or better, and will incorporate on-site solar panels, aligning with EU Taxonomy goals.

The acquisition is expected to close in Q3 2025. The fund recently expanded its Stockholm portfolio by acquiring a 205-unit residential development in Jakobsberg, Järfälla from JM.
