Revive and Mome partner on major resi project in Porto

Belgian real estate developer and investor Revive is partnering with Mome to launch a €140 mln residential development in Porto's Amial district.

Revive, through the Revive Impact Fund managed by Revive Fund Management, has acquired a significant land parcel for the project.
The project, with a planned construction area of approximately 33,000 m2, will include over 400 housing units primarily aimed at families and residents. This investment signifies a substantial commitment to urban regeneration and residential infrastructure in this emerging Porto neighbourhood.
Located in Amial, known for its accessibility and urban growth potential, the development will offer diverse housing options catering to families, young professionals, and long-term residents. The project will prioritize affordability, sustainability, and community integration, aligning with the development philosophies of both Revive and Mome.
The project is currently in the planning and design phase, with construction expected to begin in Q4 2026, pending necessary approvals.
