European logistics warehouse specialist Delin Property has hired Richard Zevenhoven as their new development manager in Amsterdam.

He will be responsible for managing the development of their Dutch properties.
Zevenhoven brings extensive experience in project management, particularly in logistics asset development for companies like Van Uden and Lidl. He is also a registered expert in property management with a focus on sustainability and optimising work environments.
Over the past three decades, he has also worked in asset and facility management in-house or as a senior consultant for Sodexo and Studley, with a focus on sustainability and optimising work environments.
Duncan Jarvis, head of Portfolio and Asset Management at Delin Property, said: “Richard’s wealth of hands-on experience makes him a valuable addition to the team. Aside from leading the ongoing and future development initiatives for our Dutch assets, he will be a key support for other projects elsewhere in our European portfolio.”
