RivingtonHark, a UK firm specialising in shopping centres and urban renewal, has appointed Ilan Goldman as portfolio director.

This hire significantly enhances their asset management and investment capabilities as they aim to acquire more shopping centres throughout the UK.
Goldman brings over 30 years of experience in maximizing the value of shopping centres, mixed-use developments, and regeneration projects. He is known for his innovative strategies that unlock asset potential and drive growth.
His past achievements include securing approval to transform St John's Shopping Centre in Preston into a mixed-use site with 500 homes, an NHS hub, and dining options. He also integrated an educational campus for Kendal College into the Westmorland Shopping Centre as part of a larger renovation.
In his new role, Goldman will help RivingtonHark acquire new assets and manage key properties such as Liverpool St John’s shopping centre (a joint venture), and Palace Gardens and Exchange Enfield, which are managed for DWS.
