Rockfield Real Estate acquires locations in Madrid for PBSA projects

Rockfield Real Estate has secured two prime Madrid locations in Avenida de América and Chamartín to develop purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) with a combined capacity of over 300 beds.

These projects, targeting a 2027 opening, will feature modern architectural design adhering to advanced sustainability standards and providing a wide array of amenities for an enhanced student experience. 
The Chamartín location benefits from excellent transport links and proximity to universities, while Avenida de América is a prestigious residential area near leading academic institutions.
