Royal London and Graftongate plan €165m Fareham logistics park

Royal London Asset Management Property and development partner Graftongate are planning a new £140 mln (€165 mln) industrial and logistics park in Fareham, Hampshire.

Named Fareham Distribution Park, the project will feature four high-quality units on a 24-acre site, with sizes ranging from approximately 8,733 m2 to 18,487 m2. These units are designed to meet top environmental standards (BREEAM Outstanding). The developers are open to pre-lets and can even create a single unit of up to 51,097 m2 for a large tenant.
The park is expected to be ready by early 2028, after Eaton Corporation moves into its new aerospace facility, also developed by Royal London and Graftongate.
Royal London Asset Management Property bought the site, previously known as Abbey Works, in 2024 to expand its portfolio of sustainable industrial properties in key markets. The location is strategic, being just over a mile from the M27, offering excellent access to major transport routes, Southampton Port, and a skilled workforce in a busy commercial area.
