Real estate firm Rubik Properties has partnered with PFA, Denmark's largest pension fund, to manage its commercial real estate portfolio valued at DKK 24 bn (€3.2 bn).

PFA

This will be done in close collaboration with property manager Cobblestone.
The portfolio, built by PFA over many years, comprises around 70 properties, including nearly 40 multi-user properties (like The Union office hotel concept), various project properties, and 26 domicile properties.
Rubik, with its established history of working with sophisticated international institutional investors, has developed a robust and scalable asset management platform. This platform, combined with its AIFM license and mature infrastructure, is now being extended to serve Danish pension companies.
This partnership represents a natural progression for Rubik, expanding its role from an international platform to a manager that also aims to enhance and modernize asset management for Danish pension funds.
PFA was advised by SKAT SKOV Consult & Gorrissen Federspiel), while Rubik was advised by Accura.
