The partnership will substantially boost Ryze Group's investment capacity, enabling a "buy-and-build" strategy with an already robust acquisition pipeline.
Ryze's international growth strategy, initiated in 2024 by partners Emanuele Bellani, Paolo Datti, and Paolo Perrella, and supported by majority shareholder AnaCap, has already resulted in six strategic acquisitions, including in France, with plans to further expand into Spain and Portugal.
Tikehau Capital, with €53 bn in AUM as of 31 March 2026, brings extensive expertise in credit and structured financing, having a proven track record of supporting development transactions, buy-and-build strategies, and international growth initiatives.
Emanuele Bellani, Partner & Group CEO of Ryze, commented: “This transaction is a genuine strategic lever that allows us to further accelerate our growth and consolidation path in Europe. In just over two years with AnaCap, we have built a unique platform in the market, and today, thanks to the support of Tikehau Capital, we have the resources needed to increase the execution speed of the M&A transactions already in the pipeline.”
Alberto Sainaghi, Partner at AnaCap, said: “Since our investment and entry into the share capital, we have confirmed our initial views that Ryze is a company well positioned to consolidate the real estate services market, characterised by dynamic growth and rich in inorganic opportunities for accelerated growth. This new partnership represents a significant step in the growth strategy for Ryze: not only does it strengthen the Group’s financial capacity, enabling it to execute the best M&A opportunities in the market, but it also confirms the strength, attractiveness and scalability of the industrial model we are developing.”
Martino Mauroner, deputy head of Private Debt at Tikehau Capital, added: “We are pleased to support RYZE in its growth journey, in a sector where we continue to observe progressive consolidation at a European level. We were particularly impressed by the quality and ambition of the management team, as well as by the strong commitment of the controlling shareholder AnaCap, which we believe is an important partner to support the company in this next phase of development. The transaction represents the sixth investment from the sixth vintage of our direct lending strategy and reflects Italy’s strategic importance within Tikehau Capital’s international strategy.”
Houlihan Lokey advised RYZE on the financing.
