Sagax invests €64m across seven property transactions
Swedish property company AB Sagax has expanded its warehouse and light industrial portfolio by acquiring nine properties through seven separate transactions for a total investment of SEK 710 mln (€64.4 mln).

Logistics
The newly acquired portfolio encompasses 66,800 m2 of lettable area sitting on 164,300 m2 of freehold land.
The properties boast a 100% occupancy rate and generate a stable annual rental income equivalent to SEK 53 mln (€4.8 mln).
High long-term visibility is secured, with an average remaining lease term of 9.1 years.
Transactions totalling SEK 244 mln (€22.1 mln) have already closed successfully. The remaining pipeline is scheduled to clear over the coming quarters and will be integrated across Sagax’s active European market segments, which include France, Benelux, Denmark, and Germany.
