Savills appoints new CFO and Investor Relations director

Savills has announced the appointment of a new Group CFO and a new Investor Relations director.

Nick Sanderson will join as the new Group CFO and executive director in spring 2026. He brings extensive experience, having served as CFO and later CFO & COO at Great Portland Estates, and before that, held senior roles in real estate corporate finance at Deloitte and investment banking at Nomura. He will succeed Simon Shaw, who is set to become Group CEO on January 1, 2026.
Susie Bell will take on the newly created role of Investor Relations director starting in October. She previously served as Group Investor Relations director at Vistry Group plc and has held similar roles at Barratt Developments and EMI Group.
