Savills boosts Polish and CEE investment teams

Savills has expanded its CEE investment team, including a new leadership role and two key hires, all based in the Warsaw office.

Aleksandra Mazzini

Aleksandra Mazzini joins as the head of Investment, Poland. She brings extensive experience in capital markets, asset management, and transactions, having previously served as COO at Balmain Group, overseeing a €1 bn+ portfolio across CEE. Her background also includes roles at Goldman Sachs, Rockspring, and NBGI, where she was involved in over €1.4 bn in transactions across Europe.

Mark Richardson takes on the newly created role of head of Cross-Border Transactions CEE. Besides focusing on transactions and investor relations in Poland, he will also coordinate cross-border efforts throughout the CEE region, working closely with Savills' global network. With 25 years of industry experience, including senior positions at Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers International, and Pradera, Richardson has advised on over €2 bn in transactions across various sectors.

Aleksandra Karczewska joins as an associate director, Investment. She comes from Colliers International with experience in office, retail, and logistics investment transactions, contributing to deals totaling over €850 mln.

Małgorzata Lińska-Bator will continue to lead Savills' industrial investment activities in Poland, leveraging her nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience.
