Savills expands Madrid prime residential team

Savills has expanded its residential real estate team in Spain by hiring four new sales specialists for its prime sales team in Madrid.

Santiago de Miguel is the new prime residential sales director, while Carlos Valldejuli, Emilie Aubriot, and Sindo Dobarro are joining as senior sales consultants. 
These new hires will focus on the prime market in Madrid and work with the existing new development sales team. 
This expansion is part of Savills' broader growth strategy across Iberia, bringing its Spanish residential division to a total of 55 employees. Savills Spain's residential network also includes offices in Barcelona, Málaga, Marbella, Seville, and associate offices in Sotogrande and the Balearics.
