Savills Germany appoints Oliver Baumgärtel as director

Savills Germany has appointed Oliver Baumgärtel as a Director in their Industrial Agency team in Berlin.

Baumgärtel joins Savills from Livos Group, where he was a transaction manager. Previously, he spent a decade at JLL, ultimately as director, Industrial Investment. He will work within Britt Habermann's Berlin-based Industrial Agency team, concentrating on logistics leasing and owner-occupier deals in Berlin and eastern Germany.
