Savills Germany has announced that Sebastian Stein has joined its Capital Markets team as director, Investment, effective immediately.

Based in the Frankfurt office, he will be responsible for advising national and international investors on property acquisitions and sales in the Rhine-Main area, as well as providing strategic consulting throughout the transaction process.
Stein brings approximately 20 years of real estate experience to Savills. Before this role, he worked at JLL in the Valuation & Transaction Advisory division. His career also includes positions as director of Capital Markets/Investment at Colliers and Cushman & Wakefield, and as managing director at Core Advisors, where he managed investment and leasing mandates and provided strategic advice to clients.
