Savills strengthens Property Management team with senior appointment

Global real estate advisor Savills has enhanced its Property Management team by appointing Marcus Hutchings as director.

Based in their London headquarters, Hutchings brings over 15 years of experience as a Chartered Surveyor, specialising in managing and transforming complex property mandates for institutional portfolios and mixed-use properties.

Previously a senior director at CBRE for over 12 years, Hutchings has advised major institutional investors like M&G Real Estate and Shaftesbury Capital. He is skilled in creating operating models, establishing governance frameworks, and leading teams to improve service quality and commercial performance.

This strategic hire reflects Savills' broader commitment to investing in property management expertise to support ongoing growth in the retail and business sectors.
