Real estate developer Scannell Properties has sold a 22,852 m2 renovated facility in Lillers (Pas-de-Calais), France, to Minth Electricity Technology.

Scannell Lillers
This joint venture between Renault Group's Ampere and Minth Group will use the site to produce bumpers for electric vehicles, expanding its presence in the Hauts-de-France region.
The facility's modern design, energy efficiency, and strategic location make it ideal for this high-tech industrial operation.
The site offers flexible layouts suitable for both production and logistics activities. The facility’s clear height and storage capacity are perfectly aligned with the requirements of modern industrial supply chains.
Hugues Desbarrières, deputy managing director, Scannell Properties France, stated: “This transaction perfectly reflects our commitment to developing and enhancing high-quality logistics and industrial assets that support our clients’ ambitions. We are proud that this site contributes to the industrialisation in France.”
