Scannell Properties divests industrial site in France to Minth

Real estate developer Scannell Properties has sold a 22,852 m2 renovated facility in Lillers (Pas-de-Calais), France, to Minth Electricity Technology.

This joint venture between Renault Group's Ampere and Minth Group will use the site to produce bumpers for electric vehicles, expanding its presence in the Hauts-de-France region. 
The facility's modern design, energy efficiency, and strategic location make it ideal for this high-tech industrial operation.
The site offers flexible layouts suitable for both production and logistics activities. The facility’s clear height and storage capacity are perfectly aligned with the requirements of modern industrial supply chains.
