Schnellecke Real Estate sells logistics property to Periskop Logistics Fund

Schnellecke Real Estate has sold a recently developed logistics and light industrial property in Sassenburg, near Wolfsburg, to the Periskop Logistics Fund.

The facility at In den Rohwiesen 2, which spans approximately 49,000 m2 of leasable space on a 93,000 m2 site, received DGNB Gold certification for its sustainable design.

An automotive manufacturer is a long-term tenant, utilising the property as an assembly and logistics hub.

This sale aligns with Schnellecke Real Estate's strategy of developing premium, sustainable logistics properties and leveraging its expertise as a logistics provider.
